ABSTRACTS & PROCEEDINGS

In order to present at the conference, your abstract must first pass a double-blind peer review. Upon payment of registration fees, your presentation will be confirmed.

Abstract submission deadline 10 November 2019

Results of abstract reviews returned to authors: Usually within 5-7 days upon submission
Full conference registration payment for all presenters: 20 November 2019
Full paper submission: 8 January 2020

How to Submit

Submit your 250-word abstract at saintrobertsicce@gmail.com. Please choose the presentation formats you would like to do: Individual, Poster or Micro-teaching
Your proposal will be reviewed within 5-7 days after undergoing a double-blind peer review.
If your proposal is accepted, you will be invited to register for the conference. Upon payment of the registration fee, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.

Status of Submission

If your paper is accepted, a notification email will be sent to your registered email address. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at saintrobertsicce@gmail.com or academics@strobertsgroup.com. If you wish your paper to be published in the conference proceedings, please ensure that a paper is sent on or before 8 January 2020.

Submission Guidelines

Abstracts

Abstracts or Full Papers should include title, objectives, theoretical framework, methodology, findings or expected outcomes, discussion and application.

Accepted submissions will be presented either in oral or poster formats. Conference facilities, including personal computers, projectors, Smart Board and high speed broadband internet access will be provided to the presenters.

ICCE 2019 Proceedings

The conference proceedings for the 3rd ICCE 2019 will be published online on the conference web site. Presenters vying for conference proceedings inclusion, please email your full article to the editor-in-chief at saintrobertsicce@gmail.com before the deadline.

Full Paper Submission Process

If your abstract is accepted for oral presentation, you are eligible and encouraged to submit a full paper for the inclusion in the 3rd ICCE 2019 Conference Proceedings. The 3rd ICCE 2019 Conference Proceedings uses double-blind peer review, which means that both the reviewer and author identities are concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa, throughout the review process. In order to facilitate this, the editorial board and staff of 3rd ICCE 2019 Conference Proceedings need to ensure that the manuscripts are prepared in a way that does not give away identity of the author. Submitted paper will not be automatically accepted for the 3rd ICCE 2019 proceedings. All submitted papers will be rigorously reviewed by academic reviewers who assure that papers meet the high academic standards of peer reviewed conference proceedings.

The full article should be submitted in Word (NOT PDF) to saintrobertsicce@gmail.com. Please ensure that your paper is ready to go to press by the submission deadline. All papers must be thoroughly read for errors prior to submission. Please follow specific format of the 3rd ICCE 2019 Conference Proceedings to facilitate easier processing, reviewing, and publishing:

APA Style

12-point Times New Roman font.
Single-spacing throughout the document.
Double space to designate a new paragraph or section.
Page numbers at the bottom center of each page.
Page size set to A4, portrait layout, and margins: Top & Bottom – 2.5 cm; Left & Right – 1.5 cm.
Cover page that includes title, authors, their affiliations, their contact information, and the topic of the submission.
Title, authors and affiliations repeated at the beginning of the body of the paper.
Manuscript not to exceed 5,000 words (excluding tables, figures and references).
Manuscripts longer than 5,000 words will be returned for editing.
Graphs and visuals must be in JPEG format only.

Ways to Present

Type 1: Oral Presentation (15 minutes followed by a 5-minute Q and A session)

The standard format for presentation. Oral presentations are twenty minutes in length.

Type 2: Poster Presentation

Poster presentations allow presenters to reach a large audience and engage interested participants directly. These sessions give participants a chance to network with other delegates who may be interested in similar research or other disciplines.

Type 3: Micro-teaching Presentation

Micro-teaching session allows teachers and lecturers to present their contemporary teaching techniques in order to share its effectiveness and get constructive feedback from their peers.
